WHS is approximately 1.5 miles (two traffic lights) north of Wilton Center. It is located on the West side of RT 7, which is 4 lanes wide at that point. There are 2 traffic lights in front of the school. The southern most light controls the entrance to the Wilton Y (East side). The northern light is at the entrance to WHS (West side).

Parking is limited. On the North side, there are visitor spots in the parking area next to the theater (access at the light on RT 7). On the South side, there are a few visitor spots in the Central Office lot (access from Catalpa Rd). Additional parking can be found south of the school (along the fields). The WHS Field House is located at the North end of the complex.
