The fight to end breast cancer starts with a single step. Take that step with us at our October 16th American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at Lighthouse Point Park. Just a few hours of your time at this non-competitive, 5K walk will help save lives.

Making Strides is an opportunity for people of all ages to unite against a disease that affects 1 in 8 women. Some participants are recently diagnosed. Some are still in treatment. Some are years past their diagnoses. Many more are husbands, sisters, wives, parents, children, grandchildren, and friends of someone who has heard those words: “You have breast cancer.”

SIGN UP today to walk in honor or memory of a loved one, and to raise awareness and funds to help the American Cancer Society continue fighting the disease with cutting-edge research, information and services, and access to mammograms.
